The Implementation Planning module contains a powerful set of tools for project management and the identification of critical paths. However, it might also be helpful in an early phase of a project to draft a project plan.
Projects are usually the result of a strategy development process and thus it could be helpful to remain in the same environment to consider what might be, for example, the most important tasks and milestones.

The Situation Analysis tool is ideal to capture initial ideas from which an overview could be generated. Additional value can be further gained by linking tasks and considering the duration of each task. This information could then be easily transferred to a specific Project Management Tool.
